Abstract

This study aims to see how the Potential for Increasing Regional Original Income through the Transfer of Land and Building Taxes in Plantation Sector, Forest,y (PBB P3) from the Central tax to Regional Taxes. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive data analysis by examining the potential of Land Taxes. and Plantations, Forestry and Mining Sector Buildings (PBB P3) in increasing the Palembang Regional Original Income (PAD) if the Land and Building Tax.for Plantation, Forestry and Mining Sector (PBB P3) is transferred from the Central Tax to the Regional Tax The results of this study indicate that if the Land and Building Tax Discourse in the P3 Sector is used as regional tax, then based on the results of trend analysis with data management done manually obtain the results of trend anaZvsis of potential transfer of Land and Building Tax in Plantation, Forestry and lvfining (UN P 3) in increasing regional original income (PAD) with positive moving prospects (increasing) for the next 5 years, starting from the period 2018 to 2022.
