Abstract

This study aims to analyze the the effect of Mudharabah, Murabahah, Musyarakah and Ijarah financing on the profitability of Islamic banks in Indonesia. The data used in this study is secondary data in the form of quarterly data in the period 2015 – 2019 at 5 Islamic banks in Indonesia. The method used in this research is panel data regression. The results of this study indicate that Mudharabah, Musyarakah, and Murabahah financing have a positive and significant effect on the profitability of Islamic banks in Indonesia while the Ijarah financing variable has a significant negative effect on the profitability of Islamic banking in Indonesia.
