Abstract
A successful company is a company that can maintain the interests of its customers and makes updates to products and services to customers to achieve customer satisfaction. As an effort to maintain good relations with customers, the company applies After Sales. Likewise, The PT Gratia Plena Mas Motor company must do the same. The PT Gratia Plena Mas Motor company is one of the large companies in the Palembang area engaged in services and sellers of Honda Motorcycles. So the author discusses the application of the after-sales concept by utilizing telegrams in Customer Relationship Management at PT. Gratia Plena Mas Motor by creating an after-sales service system that uses Telegram bots and web usage. After-sales service on the system is built-in company information, product information, repair information, important document information to attract customer loyalty after purchase.
