Abstract
One of the impacts of the covid-19 virus is the large number of unemployed caused by bankrupt companies, so companies are forced to reduce the number of employees because they are unable to pay their employees' wages. For that the author wants to make a counter for people in and out of the room, can see the condition of the room so it is not too crowded and control the room to prevent cases of theft. As this tool is made using the Arduino UNO microcontroller, then utilizes the function of the PIR sensor which is sensitive to motion, and can take pictures in the room using the VC0706 camera and the images are stored on the SD card. Next, we get information from the counter application created using MIT App Inventor. The results obtained from the tests carried out are the ability of the PIR sensor to detect movement is very good, then the camera can take pictures with fairly good image quality, both when the room is dark or light, and android applications created with bluetooth communication can convey data information in a short time.
