Abstract

The final project entitled "Web-Based Informatics Management Application at PT Perkebunan Mitra Ogan" with the development model used is prototyping. In the production management process, PT Perkebunan Mitra Ogan does it conventionally, where data information, production plan data and employees in production are not well managed where the production plans that are conveyed look rushed and do not match the time so that changes in production plans are often not appropriate. with information received by each warehouse and production employee. Production management consists of production factors in the form of raw materials, production employees, production results, working hours, as well as incoming fresh fruit bunches, effective and efficient technology to create and increase the usefulness of a product and service, in the production process consists of processing inputs into outputs. The inputs in question are direct raw materials, direct labor, and the number of tons of fresh fruit entered as well as factory production products that are processed into semi-finished products. While the output is in the form of products and services produced in the production process. In other words, to obtain a product requires a processing process. The process used to design this application is to make a design with Context Diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams, and Entity Relationship Diagrams. From this problem, researchers are interested in improving production management at PT Perkebunan Mitra Ogan by creating a website that can be accessed using any device anywhere and anytime, so as to facilitate the warehouse, production, and distribution department at PT Perkebunan Mitra Ogan and all employees. in the production management process.
