Abstract

This research aims to find out the benefits of skills training program in graduates of Palembang City Job Training Center (case study in 2020). These data collection techniques are questionnaires, interviews and dokumtasi. In this study, we used 6 samples from 3 departments in BLK, students studying angaktan 2020. This study uses sampling techniques is a random technique, eating the results of the research shows the results of skills training programs in graduates of palembang job training center. Those who participated in this training were dominant by high school/vocational school graduates. Vocational programs in BLK have not followed the development of science and technology, therefore it is recommended to open the latest majors namely optimization of coreldraw applications and the manufacture of banner and banner printing. And can increase tamping power and add classrooms so that the community can follow the training organized by the Work Training Center (BLK) Palembang City. Keywords:Job,Training,Center,(BLK),,Studey
