Abstract
This study aims to determine the analysis of variations in bending angle with 10% H2SO4 against corrosion rate on ASTM 36 low carbon steel material. This type of research uses quantitative research methods with Quasi Experimental Design research. The research design uses a factorial research design. The data collection technique was carried out with documentation in which researchers observed, collected data and processed data in the form of photos of the results of immersing ASTM 36 low carbon naja on 10% H2SO4 media which was given bending treatment. The results of this study indicate that the highest rate of bending angle variation is at an angle of 900 with an immersion time of 15 days because the wider the plate cross-section, the faster the chemical reaction reaction will also occur. Time is also very influential, with increasing immersion time, the weight loss will increase (farkhani.2020).
