Abstract

Pra rancangan pabrik pembuatan hydrogen sianida dengan proses andrussow kapasitas 18.200 ton/tahun ini direncanakan berdiri pada tahun 2026 di Daerah Tanjung Api-Api, Kabupaten Banyuasin, Sumatera Selatan yang diperkirakan memiliki luas area sebesar 2 Ha. Bahan baku dari pembuatan hidrogen sianida ini adalah natural gas, ammonium hidroksida, dan udara. Proses pembuatan hidrogen sianida ini mengacu pada Patent No. US 2015/0360943 A1 dengan mereaksikan methana, ammonia, dan oksigen melalui proses Andrussow dengan bantuan katalis platinum membentuk produk hidrogen sianida dan air. Reaktor yang digunakan berupa jenis Trickle Bed Reactor. Reaktor beroperasi pada temperatur 950oC dan tekanan 1 ATM. Reaksi yang terjasi adalah sebagai berikut: 2CH4 + 2NH3 + 3O2 ( 2HCN + 6H2O Bentuk perusahaan yang akan digunakan pada pabrik ini adalah Perseroan Terbatas (PT) dengan sistem organisasi Line dan Staff, dipimpin oleh seorang Direktur dengan total karyawan 125 orang. Berdasarkan hasil analisa ekonomi, pabrik hidrogen sianida ini layak untuk didirikan karena telah memenuhi berbagai macam persyaratan parameter ekonomi, yaitu sebagai berikut: Biaya Investasi = USD 14.350.561,67 Hasil penjualan per tahun = USD 16.832.238,56 Biaya produksi per tahun = USD 8.855.466,4484 Annual Cast Flow = USD 6.692.647,5193 Pay Out time = 2,1 tahun Return on investment = 38,91% Discounted Cash Flow-ROR = 42,60% Break Even Point = 36,61% Service Life = 11 tahun Kata Kunci: Hidrogen sianida, Trickle Bed Reactor, Perseroan Terbatas
