Abstract

This study aims to find out how the efforts to increase awareness of the Belitang community towards the making of death certificates by the East OKU Disdukcapil. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques using documentation, interviews, and observations conducted at the East OKU Disdukcapil Office. The conclusion of this study is that preventive actions carried out through socialization and reporting in the mass media, then related to repression in administrative reforms are required to make a death certificate. In formal education, the East OKU Disdukcapil party, conducts administrative awareness in the school environment by means of making KIA and KTP, in formal education through counseling to the Village, socialization in the field as well as socialization invitations at the East OKU Disdukcapil office, as well as playing an active role in various mass media. The print media uses banners and newspapers related to socialization and campaigns for administrative awareness movements. Then on electronic media using the website, whatsapp boot and groups.
