Abstract

This research will discuss about Public Relations Strategy in Managing Instagram Social Media as a Publication Media of PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang. This study uses qualitative approach using in-depth interview data collection methods, observations and documentation relevant to the research. Researchers used the concept of Public Relations strategy put forward by Cutlip & Center as a reference in conducting this study. The results of the study found that the Public Relations Department of PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang in the Management of Social Media Instagram as the Company's Publication Media is carried out through several stages including, Defining Problems, Planning and Programming consists of planning and communication strategies, Taking Action and Communicating consists of implementation and communication, as well as Program Evaluation conducted.
