Abstract

ThePurpose of this research is to analyze the influence SBI interest rate to the Iiquidity of banking in Indonesia period 1997-2006. Data are used in this research is secondary data, they are data SBI duration interest rate for 1 month and LDR ratio that representative indicator from liquidity of banking. To analyze this reaserch is used the qualitative and quantitative technic analyze. The quantitative technic analyze using simple regression by ARMA method. The result of this research show the effect of SBI interest rate is positive and significant to liquidity of banking in Indonesia, where the increasing SBI interest rate cause the increasing to liquidity of banking that be showed by LDR as it’s indicator.
