Abstract

ABSTRACT Research objectives: 1) the squat-style long jump learning method through non-examples during the covid-19 pandemic that is effective, practical, and valid in junior high school. 2) To find out the learning model through the non-examples method is effective in improving the learning outcomes of the squat-style long jump during the covid-19 pandemic in junior high school. This research method is R&D (Research and Development) with the following procedures: (1) Needs analysis, (2) Initial model, (3) Initial product design, (4) Product validation, (5) Design revision, (6) Group trial Small, (7) Product revision, (8) Large group trial, (9) Product revision, (10) Final product. The research subjects were seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Talang Kelapa. Collecting data using evaluation sheets, tests and observations. Product testing with small group and large group test. Data analysis with expert validation test and effectiveness test. The results of this study show the squat style long jump learning model through the non-examples method that is valid, practical and effectively used as teaching material, the results of the validation analysis reach 91% very well, considering the results of the product effectiveness test with a percentage of 91.17% very good . The findings in this study that the long jump learning model using the non-example method is more effective, valid and practical so as to improve student learning outcomes and motivation. The research implications of the squat-style long jump learning model through the example method need to be developed and can be applied to long jump learning.
