Abstract

ABSTRAK Skripsi berjudul Pertanggungjawaban Pidana Terhadap Pelaku Tindak Kekerasan Seksual Terhadap Anak Berdasarkan Putusan Pengadilan Negeri Muara Enim dengan Nomor Perkara 335/Pid.Sus/2020/PN.Mre. Adapun rumusan masalah dalam penulisan skripsi ini yaitu bagaimana pertanggungjawabanpidana pelaku yang melakukan tindak pidana kekerasan seksual terhadap anak, dan apakah pertimbangan hakim terhadap pelaku tindak kekerasan seksual terhadap anak dalam Putusan Nomor 335/Pid.Sus/2020/PN.Mre. Metode penelitian yang digunakan menggunakan yaitu yuridis normatif yaitu logika keilmuan hukum dari sisi normatif. Bahwa pertanggungjawaban pelaku kekerasan seksual terhadap anak merupakan suatu kesalahan kesengajaan atau Opzet dimana pelaku menyadari dan mengetahui perbuatan tersebut merupakan suatu pelanggaran terhadap perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Kata Kunci : Pertanggungjawaban Pidana, Tindak Pidana, Kekerasan Seksual
