Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kontribusi penerimaan Bus Transmusi Koridor Unsri Bukit - Unsri Indralaya terhadap penerimaan Retribusi Daerah Kota Palembang dan pengaruh tingkat pelayananan Bus Transmusi terhadap preferensi konsumen periode Mei 2012 sampai dengan Februari 2014. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari PT SP2J Kota Palembang, BPS Kota Palembang. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan teknik analisis kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode kuisioner. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi penerimaan Bus Transmusi Koridor Unsri Bukit - Unsri Indralaya meningkat pada tahun berikutnya terhadap Retribusi Daerah Kota Palembang yaitu sebesar 0,049% pada tahun 2012, sebesar 0,095% pada tahun 2013 dan Preferensi konsumen terhadap Bus Transmusi belum cukup baik.
