Abstract

This study discusses“Efektivitas Pelaksanaan Program Bantuan Stimulan Perumahan Swadaya di Kelurahan Burung Dinang Kota Pagar Alam”, this study aims to determine whether or not the implementation of the Self-help Housing Stimulant Assistance Program is effective in Burung Dinar Village, Pagar Alam City. The method in this study uses a qualitative descriptive with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. In its analysis, this study uses the theory of Katz and Kahn which provides three dimensions in measuring effectiveness, namely, input, process, and output. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the self-help housing stimulant program in Burung Dinang Village has not been effective, this can be seen from the lack of supporting facilities in implementing the program in the field, the implementation of verification is considered inappropriate because people who do not meet the criteria for beneficiary assistance are designated as beneficiaries. self-help housing stimulant, so this program is not right on target.
