Data analysis are univariate and bivariate using chi-square statistic test. The result of bivariate test, there is two independent variables has a significant relation to contamination of Escherichia coli which is, personal hygiene (p value = 0,045 dan RP 95% CI = 2,500), and tool hygiene sanitation (p value = 0,009 dan RP 95% CI = 5,174), and there is one variable has not significant relation between contamination of Escherichia coli and places hygiene sanitation (p value = 0,128 dan RP 95% CI = 3,400). Hygiene sanitation of coconut water vendors is still classified into poor condition it causes the lack of knowledge of the vendors.
