Abstract

RICE ATM is a machine specially designed to take rice automatically. ATM Rice is an innovation solution in the development of digital technology to meet economic needs in this millennial era. Indonesia is a vast archipelagic country, the characteristics and implications of poverty vary greatly from island to island and culture to culture. In efforts to reduce poverty there are two main strategies that must be taken by the government. The first protects poor families and groups of people through fulfilling their basic needs. Sccond, empowering them to have the ability to do business and prevent new poverty. This study aims to determine the planning of the Rice ATM program in Ogan Ilir Regency, South Sumatra. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study that examines data from interviews and direct obscrvations supported by primary and secondary data from BAZNAS Ogan Ilir. The analysis is carried out with 7 dimensions, namely forecasting, setting goals and objectives, programming, scheduling, budgeting, developing procedures, determining and interpreting. after doing the research, it can be seen that the planning of the Rice ATM program initiated by BAZNAS Ogan Ilir runs quite effectively and efficiently.
