Abstract
In managemant of human resources, people are as the prime elemant that must be practiced, the altemative to increase that practiced is by improve the discipline of employee. Discipline of work be important, it because just on the tuli of motivation an employee can do what program tliat has been planed before. Discipline of work will be concemed by subtance of employee’s discipline, because people who has high motivation tend to have high work discipline too. It simply explanation, the high motivation will make the employee have a certain attitude more constiuctive so it’ easy to make employee to be discipline one. The other way, low motivation will make the employee tend to destructive it will be sophisticaled and complex to make them more discipline. This corelation based on the researching that indicate the motivation has very significant purpose for work discipline. The research show about 70,9 % the faetor of motivation intluential for work discipline. Because of that the instance need to improve the motivation in order to get impaet for the increasing of the discipline of employee.
