Abstract

The objective of this research is focused on contribution of PT. Tanjungenim Lestari Pulp and Paper as a business actor in implementing Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Goal 8: decent work and economic growth which is analyzed through the Corporate Social Responsibility Programs (CSR). in this research used qualitative research methods, data is obtained from interviews with agencies and documentation studies. Using concepts of Effectivity which consists of five dimensions: Effectivity, Relevance, Impact, Empowerment, Participation as an analytical tool and answer research questions in this study. The results of this study show that PT. TeL has contributed in implementing SDGs goal 8: decent work and economic growth through its CSR program that focus on the economic sector through development of Micro, Small Medium Enterprise (MSMEs). However, in the implementation of the CSR program, it is only concentrated in the surrounding area. Keyword: SDGs, PT. Tanjungenim Lestari Pulp and Paper, CSR.
