Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality of health services for Correctional Inmates (WBP) in Class III Prisons in Pagaralam City. This research is also supported by Zaithaml's service quality theory through servqual analysis using five dimensions as a measure of how big the level of service quality is and also using a gap or gap to measure the level of perception and expectations of the Class III Correctional Inmates (WBP) Prisoners in Pagaralam City. The method that the author uses in this research is quantitative research by paying attention to scientific calculations on a large enough sample with a limited set of questions. The data that the author uses in this study are primary data obtained directly from the object of research through questionnaires distributed to the research sample. The results of this study obtained a gap value of -0.08 which means the quality of health services in Class III Lapas Pagaralam City is not satisfactory.
