Abstract

This thesis aims to assess the results of the evaluation of the implementation of the Desa Siaga program in Kota Kayuagung District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency through the activities summarized in the Desa Siaga program component carried out by health workers and the Kota Kayuagung District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency and Poskesdes and the OKI Health Office. This research was designed descriptively using a responsive evaluation model developed by Stake through a qualitative research approach. The results showed that the results of the evaluation of the implementation of the standby village program in Kayuagung District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency had not run optimally. There are still some things that have not been achieved, namely the process and results have not been implemented properly, the facilities/infrastructure are still inadequate, and the poskesdes that look unkempt. Likewise, in increasing public awareness and ability in PHBS, which is expected by the Kayuagung community, but still lacking, environmental pollution still occurs. And also in the process of developing the standby village program, it has not been maximized, because it is still in the first stage, namely the Development Stage, where this stage the standby village in the Kota Kayuagung Oki District only meets 3 indicators of the success of the standby village program, it has not yet reached the fourth stage, namely the plenary stage, namely success in environmental sanitation and community behavior that is clean and healthy. Suggestions recommended in this study are for the local government to collaborate more with cadres and the community in this village alert program activity, in increasing community awareness and ability to support the success of the standby village program, and conducting regular counseling to increase community capacity and awareness. Conduct community discussion forums to establish communication in order to achieve the expected success and objectives of the standby village program. For village officials and the environment to be more responsive in village program activities and involve other aspects of the community. Pay attention to the facilities in the standby village program by making repairs if the poskesdes are damaged, in order to create a sense of comfort and feasibility for people who receive services and for health workers and cadres who provide services.
