Abstract

Mycorrhizal found in former tin mining land has the potential to increase plant growth, but so far there has been no research on the inoculation of mycorrhizal of former tin mining land on eucalyptus plants. The research was conducted with the aim of seeing the growth of Eucalyptus seedlings after inoculation with mycorrhizal from ex-tin mining land and to see all mycorrhizals that were most effective in increasing the growth of eucalyptus seedlings. This research was carried out from January to April 2021. Research activities were carried out in the Laboratory of Biosystematika Department of Biology, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences Sriwijaya University for mycorrhizal inoculation on Eucalyptus seedlings and maintenance the seedling have been inoculated. This study was analyzed using a block randomized design (BRD). The data that has been obtained were analyzed using the Analysis of Variance Test (ANOVA) and continued with the Least Significance Difference (LSD) test. The results of the study obtained that the average value of seedling height in the inoculation treatment of Glomus is 6,35 + 0,43 cm, Acaulospora is 4,52 + 0,71 cm and control is 3,54 + 0,52 cm. The average value of the number of leaves in the Glomus inoculation treatment is 12 + 0.51 sheet, Acaulospora is 9 + 1,09 sheet and control is 7 + 0,71 sheet. The average length value of the Glomus inoculation treatment is 5,66 + 0,48 cm, Acaulospora is 4,42 + 0,42 cm and control is 3,52 + 0,17 cm. The average value of the root header ratio in the Glomus inoculation treatment is 6,49 + 0,96 g, Acaulospora is 4,30 + 0,91 g, and control is 3,71 + 1,08 g. It is concluded that the inoculation of mycorrhizal of former tin mining land can improve the high growth se of seedlings, the number of leaves, root length and seed header ratio of Eucalyptus better than without mycorrhizal inoculation and mycorrhizal Inoculation which is most effective in increasing the growth of Eucalyptus seedlings is Glomus. Mikoriza yang ditemukan di lahan bekas tambang timah sangat potensial untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan tanaman, tetapi sejauh ini belum ada penelitian tentang inokulasi mikoriza lahan bekas tambang timah pada tanaman kayu putih. Penelitian dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pertumbuhan semai kayu putih setelah diinokulasi mikoriza yang berasal dari lahan bekas tambang timah dan untuk mengetahui mikoriza yang paling efektif dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan semai kayu putih. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari sampai April 2021. Penelitian dilakukan di Laboratorium Biosistematika Jurusan Biologi, Fakultas Matematika dan Pengetahuan Alam Universitas Sriwijaya untuk keperluan inokulasi mikoriza pada semai kayu putih dan pemeliharaan semai yang telah diberi perlakuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK). Data yang telah diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan Uji Analysis of Varian (ANOVA) dan dilanjutkan dengan uji Least Significance Difference (LSD). Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa nilai rata-rata tinggi semai pada perlakuan inokulasi Glomus yaitu 6,35 + 0,43 cm, Acaulospora 4,52 + 0,71 cm dan kontrol 3,54 + 0,52 cm. Nilai rata-rata jumlah daun pada perlakuan inokulasi Glomus yaitu 12 + 0,51 helai, Acaulospora 9 + 1,09 helai dan kontrol 7 + 0,71 helai. Nilai rata-rata panjang pada perlakuan inokulasi Glomus yaitu 5,66 + 0,48 cm, Acaulospora 4,42 + 0,42 cm dan kontrol 3,52 + 0,17 cm. Nilai rata-rata rasio tajuk akar pada perlakuan inokulasi Glomus yaitu 6,49 + 0,96 g, Acaulospora 4,30 + 0,91 g dan kontrol 3,71 + 1,08 g. Disimpulkan bahwa inokulasi mikoriza lahan bekas tambang timah dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan tinggi semai, jumlah daun, panjang akar dan rasio tajuk akar semai kayu putih lebih baik dibandingkan tanpa inokulasi MIKORIZA dan Inokulasi mikoriza yang paling efektif dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan semai kayu putih adalah Glomus.
