Abstract

Data statistik JKN terdapat peningkatan angka kasus dan besar biaya berasal dari 20 penyakit tertinggi pada kelompok penyakit tidak menular, hal ini berkontribusi dalam kenaikan defisit. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang berhubungan pelayanan kesehatan pada peserta JKN di Indonesia dengan menggunakan metode Systematic Review. Tahapan penelitian dari penelusuran lalu proses screening serta penilaian dengan menggunakan pedoman JBI dan data disusun dalam bentuk tabel ekstraksi dengan hasil disajikan dengan teknik analisis deskriptif. Sebanyak 18 literatur yang ditelaah sistematis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor peran petugas kesehatan (8 literatur atau 87,5%), pengetahuan (5 literatur atau 83,3%), umur (6 literatur atau 75%), aksesibilitas (5 literatur atau 71,4%), pendidikan (8 literatur atau 66,6%), status pekerjaan (3 literatur 42,9%), jenis kelamin (2 literatur atau 40%) berhubungan pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan pada peserta JKN di Indonesia. Kesimpulannnya hasil faktor peran petugas kesehatan dalam melakukan pelayanan kesehatan secara langsung kepada pasien paling banyak mempengaruhi terjadinya pemanfaatan sedangkan faktor status pekerjaan dan jenis kelamin menunjukkan angka dibawah 50% dari persentase faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan. Perlu adanya sistem pengawasan petugas kesehatan yang terkendali terutama dalam etika berhadapan dengan pasien.
