Abstract

The objective of this research was to produce based media-animated vide by using Adobe After Effects which was valid, practical, and to know the result of the potential effects of media usage to the result of the learnears. This research prosedure using Rowntree model which had three research stages, such as palnning, developing, and evaluating stages according to Tessmer. To see the validity, which was done at the expert evaluation stage with the percentage result from the media expert and the material expert of 80% with a valid category used the validation sheet. To see practicality, one-to-one evaluation was conducted with the percentage result of 87,5% and small group evaluation with the percentage result of 92,44% in the very practical category through questionnaire. To see the potential effects, it was done in the field test stage using pretest result, the percentage result of 45%. While the posttest result, the persecentage result 85%. It mean, there is an increase in learning outcomes by 40% and it can be concluded that based media- animated video have potential effects on the learning outcomes of the students.
