Abstract

This study aims to see how the management of the South Sumatra PORPROV Athletic Sports in Prabumulih. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The method used is a questionnaire method using questionnaires in collecting data to 30 respondents. This study aims to determine how the management of the South Sumatra PORPROV Athletic Sports in Prabumulih. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The method used is a questionnaire method using a questionnaire to collect data from 30 respondents. Based on the results of management research on the implementation of the PORPROV South Sumatra athletic sport in Prabumulih which is seen from planning, organizing, controlling, budgeting and evaluating are in the very good category. This shows that in carrying out its role, management has been maximized with what was planned. The results of this study are expected to serve as an evaluation for the next PORPROV organizers. So that in its implementation the deficiencies that arise can be used as benchmarks in order to motivate all elements of the next PORPROV implementation to be able to explore the existing capabilities in carrying out tasks as executors in achieving the goals that have been set, namely even more success in the next PORPROV.
