Abstract

Covid-19 telah menjadi masalah utama pada kesehatan masyarakat dunia karena kasus yang terus meningkat dan memakan banyak korban jiwa. RT-PCR yang merupakan baku emas diagnosis Covid-19 diharapkan dapat membantu mengidentifikasi pasien yang berisiko tinggi mengalami hasil klinis yang merugikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian analitik observasional cross-sectional pada pasien Covid-19 rawat inap dari 1 Januari hingga 30 Juni 2021 pada RSUP dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang. Semua variabel dilihat melalui data rekam medis pasien di rumah sakit. Penelitian ini menghubungkan CT Value dan mortalitas pasien dengan menyesuaikan dengan variabel covariat, seperti usia, jenis kelamin, komorbid, dan keparahan pasien. Sebanyak 280 data pasien yang dijadikan subjek penelitian. Sebanyak 54 (19.3%) dari pasien tersebut meninggal, 33.3% (CT <22.93; n = 18), 16.7% (CT 22.93-29.93; n = 9), 31.5% (CT 29.94-34.9; n = 17), 18 .5% (CT >35; n = 10) dengan hubungan signifikansi sebesar p>0.05. CT Value tidak terkait dengan kematian pasien. Kematian pasien terkait dengan usia, komorbiditas, dan keparahan klinis pasien saat masuk ke rumah sakit (p <0.05). CT Value tidak dapat dijadikan data tambahan untuk memprediksi outcome pasien.
