Abstract

The objective of this study is to disclose the effects of fundamental factors (Debt to Equity, Price to Book Value, Return on Equity, dan Price to Earnings) on stock price. The population of this study is all companies in the consumer goods industry sec/or listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2012-2016.The sampling technique used is the purposive sampling method. The number of population is 40 companies, of which 34 companies are taken as samples.The result of data analysis by using partial test (t-test) reveal that only variabel of Price to Book Value (PBV) has a positive and significant effect on stock price. And for other variables does not effect on stock price.
