Abstract

This research aimed to know how the effect of Inflation, interest rate variables to the Foreign Direct Investment in Indonesia. Data used in this study is secondary data sourced from Bank Indonesia and Badan Pusat Statistik. This research is used multiple linear regression method. The results of this research is interest rate has a significant effect on Foreign Direct Investment and Inflation has not significant effect on Foreign Direct Investment. Estimation result show that interest rate and Inflation had a negative effect on Foreign Direct Investment in Indonesia.
