Abstract

The objective of this study was to find out the self adjustment of boarding school students of year 2018 of SMA Plus Negeri 2 Banyuasin III. This study used quantitative research design spesifically survey research design. The population of this study was 89 boarding school students of SMA Plus Negeri 2 Banyuasin III . The sample of this study was 39 tenth grade students who stayed at the boarding school. This study used purposive sampling technique for selecting the sample. The technique for selecting the sample. The data collecting technique is Likert scale that covers aspect such as: emotional maturity, intellectual maturity, social maturity, and responsibility. The result of the analysis showed that 77% of the students had low self adjustment.
