Abstract

This study airns to determine the effect of debt to equity ratio, return on assets, and the size of the firm on the yield of corporate bonds in companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange the period 2007-2010. The variables that used in this study include, debt to equity ratio, return on assets, and company size. The study was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis with a significance level of 5%, the data collection tools used were observational study and book study using purposive sampling method. The sample used is 25 issuers from 51 companies. The results can be concluded that the return on assets, and the size of the company show a significant effect on bond yields with 0,017 (ROA) and 0,019 (size), while the debt to equity ratio could not show a significant effect on bond yields.
