Abstract

Nursing Care Plan (NCP) that is arranged to meet the standards and by the criteria nursing. The stages of the NCP consist of diagnosis, outcomes, and interventions. By 25% - 41,7% of the students had difficulty in making a diagnosis, outcomes, and nursing interventions. 100% of the respondents were not able to write a nursing diagnosis that is correct and appropriate to the formulation of the existing. The difficulty of the manufacture of NCP manually will have an impact on the efficiency and performance in providing nursing care to the patient. The solution to these problems makes the researchers interested to make a prototype application arsen as a guide in the making of the NCP on the diseases palliative care that is based on the SDKI, SLKI, and SIKI. This research includes the type of research and development with the model of ADDIE. The results of the research application are successfully realized, the operation of the application has been running fine using the web server and the web browser, this app can become a medium of learning for nursing students in making NCP, the test application using testing usability testing with a questionnaire Computer System Usability Questionnaire (CSUQ) and the obtained value of the 0.91 which indicates the application has a predicate is very good in terms of satisfaction, effectiveness, and efficiency. This application can help to make a standardized NCP without having to open the 3 standard books that have been published by the Indonesian National Nurses Association (PPNI). This application can be used for nursing students as well as within the scope of educational institutions and nursing services.
