Abstract

This study aims to analyze partially the influence of total quality management, environmental uncertainty, reward system, and job relevant information on managerial performance. The Object of this study was PT Zafa Mulia Mandiri by involved the managers of the head office, regional office, and branch office with a total of 46 respondents. Primary data was mainly obtained directly from the questionnaires. The analytical method applied in this research was multiple linear regression by SPSS 25 version program. Results indicate that total quality management has no significant negative influence on managerial performance, environmental uncertainty has no significant positive influence on managerial performance, reward system has no significant negative influence on managerial performance and job relevant information has significant positive influence on managerial performance.
