Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of return on asset, capital intensity, sustainability report dan corporate social responsibility. This study uses descriptive quantitative methods. Population in this research is agricultural and mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2016- 2020. The purposive sampling method was used to select the sample of this study which consists of 7 agricultural companies and 8 mining companies during 5 years of research with the result that the total sample of this study was 50 companies. The hypothesis used multiple linier regression analysis by using SPSS Version 26. The results of this study indicate that Return on Asset has a significant effect on effective tax rate. Capital Intensity has a significant effect on effective tax rate. Sustainability Report has a significant effect on effective tax rate. Corporate Social Responsibility has a significant.
