Abstract

The purpose of this research is to discover about how the tax planning implementation in Sarwa Karya Wiguna Co. Palembang as a legal effort to streamline the income tax expense in Sarwa Karya Wiguna Co. Palembang. The advantages from making this Undergraduate thesis is to extending and comparing the knowledges in taxes world, especially about tax planning that could affect the company tax load. Object of this research is Sarwa Karya Wiguna Co. Palembang the datas which we were using is the report of Profit, loss and company balances in the last 3 years. The proposition in this undergraduate thesis is how to implement the right tax planning for company. From this research it is known that Sarwa karya Wiguna isn't do the tax planning yet. It can be seen from the company's fiscal income statement that prepared by an extemal party. Tax planning that could be done is to minimize the corporate income or revenue and maximize the outcome fees as well as the use of the declining balance depreciation method for the calculation of depreciation of fixed assets which owned by the company.
