Abstract

BULOG is a state-owned company that handles food logistics. To increase the company's business needs, BULOG has implemented an information system, namely Sistem Informasi Logistik (SIL), which is an information system for food sales on the BULOG portal. Based on interviews with the company, 3 problems were found in this SIL. Therefore, an evaluation of the capability level of SIL governance will be carried out using the COBIT 5 framework. In this study, a measurement of the capability level will be carried out based on the Process Assessment Model and Self Assessment. The domain used in this study is adjusted to the problems that exist in SIL. Then the selected domains are DSS01, BAI03, and DSS02. From the results of the evaluation, currently the capability level in the DSS01 (Manage Operations) domain is at level 3 (Established) while the BAI03 (Manage Solution Identification and Build) and DSS02 (Manage Service Request and Incidents) domains are at level 2 (Managed ). Based on the measurements that have been carried out, recommendations for improvement are given based on the base practices in this SIL to reach level 4 as desired by the company.
