Abstract

PT. Pertamina Geothermal Energy is a geothermal energy company which is located in Desa Laksana, Kecamatan Ibun, Kabupaten Bandung, Provinsi Jawa Barat. Steps of well testing consist to two tests, which are completion test and production test. The function of those two tests is to predict the capability of the well in order to prepare well production facility when it will be operated. Based on the completion test, the prediction value of flow capability well KMJ-X is 28,8 ton/hour or 4 MW per hour, but according to Saptadji (2001), the prediction using completion test data has deviation value ± 50 %, so it can not be the reference to determine the production series of well KMJ-X. The purpose of production test is to detect whether the condition of the well is stable or not, when it is being operated based on the deliverability value of that well. So this production test has higher accuracy than completion test. Data that collected in this research are mass flow data (M) kg/s, Pressure Upstream (PU),Pressure Downstream (PD), Temperature Upstream (TU) in well KMJ-X, then processed to become output curve test so it obtained variables on deliverability formula that is the value of n is 0,613, value of C is 1,66 to calculate the value of flow well KMJ-X, the value of minimum flow is 0 ton/hour which is operated on Well Head Pressure (WHP) 25 ksc and the value of maximum flow is 86,14 ton/hour which is operated on WHP 0 ksc. Average of WHP when being operated commonly is 13 ksc so it will be get the flow of well KMJ-X if operated in the amount of 70,99 ton/hour or 9,85 MW on Specific Steam Consumption (SSC) turbine is 7,2 ton/hour.
