Abstract

Pemberian bonus buruh bangunan yang diadakan pada PT. Damai Lestari Residence Kota Bandar Lampung bertujuan untuk mendorong motivasi para buruh bangunan. Pada proses pemberian bonus buruh bangunan ini masih memiliki kendala seperti perhitungan yang masih bersifat subjektif dan membuat sesama buruh ada rasa kecemburuan sehingga ada beberapa buruh merasa ada yang lebih layak mendapatkan bonus itu sendiri. Penerapan metode weighted product ini bertujuan untuk mempermudah proses pemberian bonus buruh bangunan berdasrkan hasil perhitungan dari keriteria-keriteria yang di gunakan seperti Absensi,Umur,Disiplin,Kerjasama,Lama Bekerja, dan Status Keluarga. Hasil dari sistem pendukung keputusan Pemberian bonus buruh bangunan ini memberikan hasil atas nama Martono, Deni, dan Riski dari rangking penilaian proses pemberian bonus buruh bangunan pada PT. Damai Lestari Residence Kota Bandar Lampung.
