This research aims to prove the effect of learning motivation on student achievement using e-learning applications. The research method is ex-post facto with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and documentation. The validity of the instrument was carried out using the Product Moment formula and the Alpha Cronbach formula. The population and sample in this study were all students of the Economic Education Study Program, FKIP Sriwijaya University, for the 2018 Academic Year, as many as 73 students were taken using the Saturated Sample technique. Data for Variable X (Learning Motivation) uses a Questionnaire, while for Variable Y (Learning Achievement) it uses Documentation of GPA scores. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire and using a modified Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative analysis and documentation. The hypothesis test used is the Pearson Product Moment Correlation and t test. The results showed that learning motivation had a positive influence on student achievement in Economics Education, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Sriwijaya University. Based on the t-test calculation which shows that tcount=2.26 ttable=1.99 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Then, the determinant test was carried out to find out how much the X variable affected the Y variable, which was known to be 6.76%. Therefore, student learning achievement can be increased through increasing student motivation.
