Abstract

This research aims to find out the strategy of Pancasila and Civic Education teachers in instiling character values during the COVID-19 pandemic in class X UPT SMA Negeri 10 Ogan Ilir. This study use a qualitative approach with descriptive methods, sampling using purposive sampling techniques. Data collected using documentation, interview, and observation techniques. The validity test used a credibility test, transferability test, dependability test, and confirmability test. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and presentation of conclusion. Based on the analysis of data that has been used, it can be conclude that the strategy of Pancasila and Civic Education teacher in instiling character values during the COVID-19 pandemic in class X UPT SMA Negeri 10 Ogan Ilir is teachers as a model, teachers as a effective educators, and teacher as a mentors.
