Abstract
Online administration service is structuring populatlon inaugurated by ministry of intennal affairs in the year of 2019. Use of online wehsile for make administrative submissions is something new in the midst of sociely that has a diverse mindset, so that certainly cannot be separated from persuasive communication strategy for increase usage. Through qualitative methods, this research aims to see the persuasive communication strategy that carried out by Ogan Ilir District Population and Civil Registration Office in increasing online administration service. This study uses the persuasive communication theory by David G Myers (2012:309). Data collection techniques in this study were carried out through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The result of this research is that the implementation of persuasive communication strategy by Ogan llir District Population and Civil Registration Office on changes to online population administration services can be sald to be optimal, this can be knows by several dimensions that considered to have a big role and dimension of audience has not been optimally implemented.
