Abstract

This research aims to determine the students' self adjustment to the school's rules at SMA Negeri 15 Palembang. This research used quantitative approach with survey method. The population in the study were all students with education of grade XI amounted to 251. The sample is this research was 48 students with porposive sampling technique. The instrument for data collection used was likert scale. The aspects measured in this study were able to control excessive emotions, have the ability to overcome personal frustration, have rational considerations and self-direction, have the ability to learn, able to take advantage of experience and be realistic and objective. The results showed that student’s self-adjustment to school rules was in the moderate category with the percentage of students 44%. This illustrates that the students' self adjustments to the school rules are largely adaptable.
