Abstract

The process at the segmentation stage is done to calculate the value of numbers at the stage of thresholding. In this final project, the threshold system is to distinguish background and foreground. Furthermore, the face of segmentation in each pix is segmented to get the black and white ideals based on different brightness levels. By using Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 software with the help of the OpenCv library. Image detection is calculated to determine the length & width of the image object based on the horizontal number of the largest bits, and calculate the area of the object from the total number of bits. So that the length and width of the image can be obtained, then detect the length of the shadow by calculating the value of the sensor size obtained on the webcame using the formula phytagoras, and image size. At the next stage, use the Trigonometry formula to get the results of the real length that has been obtained from the length of the shadow. And at the real estate stage you have to compare the original length value with the image length to get the ratio between the pixel and the original length. From the results of the system testing, it was shown that the wide detection of two-dimensional flat wake object with the formula of phytagoras and trigonometry was able to recognize images with a percentage of accuracy of 97%.
