Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine how the effect of giving fair financial compensation to the loyalty of sales marketing employees of PT.Setiajaya Mobilindo Depok. The population in this study were all sales marketing employees at PT.Setiajaya mobilindo Depok totaling 40 person of sales marketing employees who were sampled using the census technique or saturated sample. The data collection technique was carried out based on the questionnaire which was distributed to all sales marketing employees at PT.Setiajaya Mobilindo Depok and the data analysis technique used was simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between the provision of fair financial compensation on the loyalty of sales marketing employees of PT.Setiajaya Mobilindo Depok. Therefore, the advice that can be given from this research is, for the company it is recommended to increase additional compensation to employees by considering the seniority factor in order to increase the loyalty of employees at PT. Setiajaya Mobilindo Depok, for employees at PT. Setiajaya Mobilindo Depok, it is hoped that they can continue to improve the quantity and quality of work in order to create maximum performance.
