Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Government Expenditure, Investment and Labor on Economic Growth in the Provinces of South Sumatra and East Kalimantan. Using secondary data obtained at the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), and the Depaertement Coordinating Of Investment (BKPM) for 10 years. The analytical technique used in this study is panel data regression using the Fixed Effect Model along with the results of individual analyzes of each district and city in the Provinces of South Sumatra and East Kalimantan to see trends in economic growth. The results of the study reveal that the influence of Government Expenditure, Investment and Labor in the Provinces of South Sumatra and East Kalimantan has a positive and significant affect on economic growth in the Provinces of South Sumatra and East Kalimantan, the results of the coefficient of determination are 99 percent for the Provinces of South Sumatra and East Kalimantan Provinces.
