Abstract

This study aims to determine Community Participation in the Development of Karang Tirta Village, Lalan District, Musi Banyuasin Regency. This research method uses descriptive-qualitative research method, with data sources obtained from primary and secondary data. The data collection techniques using observation techniques, interviews and documentation. There were 8 informants in this study. Test the validity of the data used include credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, presentation and conclusion drawing. Based on the data analysis that has been carried out, it can be concluded that community participation at the decision-making, implementation, benefit-taking and evaluation stages of development in Karang Tirta Village, Lalan District, Musi Banyuasin Regency can run well.
