Abstract

Sebuah sistem panduan tentunya diperlukan untuk dapat menemukan panduan dari masalah yang dialami pelanggan dengan fitur pencarian pada layanan Web Hosting guna meningkatkanloyalitas dan kepuasan pelanggan. Salah satu sistem panduan yang dapat diterapkan adalah Sistem Temu Balik Informasi atau Information retrieval (IR) dengan pembobotan Term Frequency - Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF). Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berupa data dokumen panduan yang ada pada PT Hostingan Awan Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis penerapan Sistem Temu Balik Informasi (STBI) dalam sistem panduan pada perusahaan penyedia jasa layanan web hosting di Indonesia (Studi Kasus: PT Hostingan Awan Indonesia), penelitian ini menggunakan acuan nilai dengan metode Net Promoter Score(NPS) dan diuji pada pelanggan PT Hostingan Awan Indonesia. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini bahwa adanyanya peningkatan loyalitas dan kepuasan pelanggan ketika Sistem Temu Balik Informasi (STBI) Pada halaman panduan diterapkan terlihat dari nilai NPS yang meningkat pada sebelum dan sesudah penelitian.
