Abstract
This paper describes the design of a multilevel building fire detection system using an ARMprocessor based camera to overcome of fire disasters in multilevel buildings. With the creation of this system, the authors hope that fires can be minimized not to spread even to the point of casualties. This detection system notifies the presence of fire using a camera that is using the color filtering technique with the Raspberry Pi interface system and using a flame sensor with Arduino UNO to validate that there is a true fire in that location. This system tackles fires by using fans as a medium to extinguish fires. From the results of testing the multi-storey fire detection system, the detection process was successfully carried out and can function properly in the event of a fire, which can be directly overcome by this fire detection system.
