Abstract

This research is aimed to examining the effect of firm size, company age, audit committee, public ownership, and audit quality both partially and simultaneously on Internet Financial Reporting (IFR) quality on property, real estate, and building construction companies which were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2020. The reseacrh also uses secondary data taken from the annual financial statements listed on the IDX and then processed using eviews20. The research uses multiple linear analysis. The population of research includes 91 companies, and research sample is 66 companies. The research provides the results that firm size, company age, and public ownership affect the quality of internet financial reporting while audit committee and audit quality have no effect on the quality of internet financial reporting. Simultaneously, firm size, company age, audit committee, public ownership, and audit quality affect the quality of IFR. For further research, it is suggested to examine other companies with larger number and longer period as primary data.
