Abstract

Information technology today has helped a lot and changed the way and behavior of people in carrying out daily activities, especially in the business field. This study aims to analyze the acceptance of the Maxim application using the UTAUT 2 model to Maxim users in the city of Palembang. The variables used in this study are Performance Expectations, Business Expectations, Social Influences, Facilitating Conditions, Hedonic Motivation, Price Values, Habits, Usage Behaviors, and Utilization Interests. The research method uses quantitative methods and analytical techniques using Structural Equation Modeling which include validity tests, reliability tests, path coefficients, r-square, and t-statistics. From the results of the study, it was concluded that there was a significant influence of performance expectations on usage behavior, social influence on usage behavior, facilitating conditions on interest in utilization, habits on usage behavior and requesting utilization, usage behavior on interest in utilization.
