Abstract
The objective of the experiment was to know the ability of T. viride and T. harzianum on six levels of media acidity in suppressing the growth of F.oxysporum f.sp. lycopersici colony and formation of conidia.The experiment was conducted in Mycology Laboratory, Department of/Plant Pests and Diseases, Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University, inderalaya,Ifrom October to December 2006.The experiment was arranged in a Factorial Completely Randomized Design (FCRD). The first factor was antagonist fiingy {T. viride and T. harzianum) and the second factor was medium acid level (pH 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8). The parameter observed were suppressed the growth of F. oxysponim f.sp. lycopersici colony and formation of conidia.The result showed that the growth suppression of F. oxysporum f.sp. lycopersici colony occured in two the best medium acid level (pH 3 and 4). The growth suppression of F. oxysporum f.sp. lycopersici conidia showed that against T. harzianum 64,9% and T. viride 59,9% in the best medium acid level (pH 7).
